Saturday I went to yoga and came back with...new sneakers. Allow me to explain, this particular yoga studio is in the middle of the town centre, amidst shops and other temptations, which let's be honest, I can never resist.  The sneakers had been lurking at me for an unreasonable amount of time and I figured that after 50 sun salutations (not even exaggerating) I deserved them.
