A lazy Saturday quite smoothly turns into a lazy Sunday without you even realizing it. Why is it, weekends are over in the wink of an eye but Mondays seem to last forever...? Well, no need to get too philosophical, but fact is that weekends pass by too quickly so you better make the best of them. Requirement number 1: a great couch. That’s where it all starts… add some cushions, a side table for drinks, a cosy blanket and you are good to go!

LN Beanies
Cozy, stylish & handmade, no wonder my newly attained LN Andes stuff was catapulted to nr. 1 position in my wardrobe almost directly after acquisition. I had my eye on an LN Andes scarf for a while and…sometimes in life things just fall into place and you actually get exactly what you want (a very specific scarf, in a very specific color) and you get it for your birthday. Having great friends helps in this aspect. So now, I am the very proud owner of an LN Andes scarf plus LN Beanies headband (this one I did get all by myself, in this aspect, having a job helps.).
Anyways, let’s stop the bragging, for those of you who do not know LN Andes or LN Beanies: First of all, shame on you. But secondly, allow me to elaborate. LN Andes stands for Luxury Alpaca Knitwear, a young & cozy Belgian brand founded by Ellen Kegels in 2011. The collection consists of beautiful hand-knitted scarves made out of 100% baby Alpaca…The actual knitting is done by young mothers in Peru thanks to a collaboration with the Solid International goodwill organization. So not only gorgeous, it’s also socially very responsible. Same applies for LN Beanies, which consists of knitwear accessories and is slightly more affordable. And for LN Beanies, a bunch of grannies & Ellen do the knitting in Belgium. Cozy!

Victoria Beckham Supercreature
Some women are like supercreatures, making it very hard to compete for us, normal earthly women.
Victoria Beckham is one of them. Mother of 4 (4, she was just going to keep on going till she had that girl), designer, wag & basically full time target of paparazzi worldwide. She somehow looks amazing.
Well, let’s nuance that: ‘somehow’ is supported by a team of nutritionists (who probably give the healthy advice: don’t ever eat portions bigger than a spoon and don’t even think about carbs), hair stylists, nannies, etc. But hey, I’ll give her some credit, she does do her own stylings & she pulls that off perfectly.
Recently Baby Harper has been added to the silhouette to suit as the perfect accessory (luckily, from the looks of her, she does get food). The only thing I am missing from Victoria’s style is a smile, a small grin even?

Oh Olivia
Whenever I see a picture of Olivia Palermo, I can’t help but turn just a slightly bit green. Green of envy that is. The perfect hair, dazzling legs, bambi eyes… no problem, I can stand that, but the wardrobe? Oh the wardrobe. Green of envy, yes indeed.
